Please be advised that we can not perform waxing services on clients who use medication for acne treatments or antibiotics. Always check with your Esthetician before scheduling your appointment.

For example: Retin-A, Accutane, Renova, and Alphy Hydroxy. These are some popular medications that should not be used while waxing.

Tips:

- During your menstrual cycle waxing can be painful.

- If you become pregnant waxing can be sensitive

- If you have been shaving we recommend at least 3 to 4 weeks of hair growth before waxing to allow the hair follicles to reproduce.

- Standard Time allowed in between waxes 3 to 4 weeks.

- For those clients who are sensitive to pain can take Advil prior to their appointment (30minutes before).

-Don’t apply any creams, moisturizers, oils, or deodorant on the day of waxing.

-Exfoliating helps prevent ingrown hairs, making waxing an easier and less painful process. (At least 2-3 times a week).

-Don’t drink a lot of caffeine or alcohol before waxing.

-Drink lots of water to hydrated body/skin.

-Waxing at home can be painful if you don’t know what you are doing.

-First time waxing, expect some stubble after because of the hair growth cycle.

- Please come with freshly washed skin.

wax professional. Thank you.
